How this calculation works
visit cost = person-hours × labor rate + equipment-hours × equipment rate + material units × unit cost + travel; season cost = visits × visit cost + overhead; quote = cost / (1 − margin)
Visit count and time are your planning assumptions. To price one visit, enter one visit and only the fixed costs allocated to it.
