BusCalc calculates business and trade costs from your own bills, quotes, measured usage and explicit assumptions. Every calculator shows its formula, purpose, worked example, model version and limits.
Sources and original worksheets
Primary publisher sources support component equations and definitions. Some worksheets combine those components through original arithmetic. References identify the exact section or equation where available and label excerpt-only evidence. We do not claim that a publisher approved this website.
Units and timing
Unit controls normalize measurements before calculation. US and imperial gallons remain distinct. Currency selection labels amounts without converting them. Discounted comparisons use a common horizon and stated year-end timing; cash totals, profit and reserve deposits are kept separate.
Validation
Each calculator has independently worked numerical examples, invalid-input checks and unit-conversion checks. Tests also check important mathematical relationships and shared engine behavior across affected tools. Checks reduce mistakes; they cannot guarantee that inputs represent your circumstances or that future outcomes match assumptions.
Privacy and accessibility
Core calculations run in the browser. Pages support keyboard operation, labeled units, explicit errors and text tables rather than chart-only results. Basic browser printing is free.
About BusCalc
BusCalc publishes 146 free business and trade calculators plus a separate free scientific calculator. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The free calculators are available now; paid report checkout and purchase-recovery email are still being prepared. You can preview comparisons without buying a report.
BusCalc is responsible for the calculator worksheets and their presentation. Linked publishers support the cited component methods; they do not endorse this site. Page review dates identify the recorded method review, not a promise of professional certification or current market rates.
