Your purchase
Decision Pack costs $9 for seven days and up to five scenarios in one calculator project. Batch Analysis costs $15 for seven days and up to 100 scenarios in one calculator project. Project Pack costs $29 for 30 days and up to ten calculator sections in one project. Complete Job Package costs $9 for 90 days of job document tools for one job. These are separate purchases, not subscriptions. Access starts when payment is first confirmed. The Annual Job Plan is coming soon and cannot currently be purchased.
Refunds and support
Refunds are available for duplicate charges or technical problems that prevent a purchased tool from working as described. Contact the support email on your receipt with your purchase reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the problem or arrange an applicable refund. Change-of-mind purchases are not otherwise refundable, except where required by law. Refunded purchases no longer authorize new paid exports or online updates. Contact support before paying again for an apparently missing purchase.
Save and recover your work
Save actions are explicit. Keep an editable project backup and your private recovery code. Project Pack and Complete Job Package online saves may be retrieved for 365 days from purchase; online updates and paid exports end when package access expires. Refunds or disputed payments can restrict access. After the retention period, online copies are deleted. Recovery cannot restore unsaved edits or device-only files from another device. Downloaded documents remain yours to keep.
Using the results
You provide and review your inputs, customer information, pricing, scope and documents. Results depend on those inputs and stated assumptions; they do not guarantee business outcomes or establish customer acceptance. These tools do not replace professional legal, tax, financial or engineering advice. Review documents before sending them to customers.
