How quote pricing works
Markup adds a percentage of cost. Target margin divides cost by one minus the margin fraction. A $1,000 cost with 25% markup gives $1,250; a 25% target margin gives $1,333.33 before discount and tax. Discounts reduce selling prices. Tax is calculated on selected taxable lines after allocated discounts. These methods differ; choose the one you intend.
Bring calculations into your quote
In the project builder, choose one nonoverlapping cost per calculator section and confirm its scope. Import those selected amounts explicitly. Review and refresh imported costs if calculator results change. Add unpriced labor, equipment, delivery or other work as separate lines.
Continue through the whole job
The $9 Complete Job Package includes proposal options, work orders, change orders, progress and final invoices, purchasing lists, bid comparisons and closeout reports. Paid editing and exports last 90 days. Online project saving and private-code recovery become available after hosting setup.
What are the limits?
You supply measurements, prices, scope and any applicable tax rate. This does not determine taxability, measure drawings, provide engineering approval, send quotes, collect signatures or create a legally reviewed contract. An estimate is the default. Check firm quotes and customer terms before sharing. Saved files contain private working figures; send only the customer PDF or customer CSV to clients.
