This separate $9 package includes three proposal options, branded customer documents, materials purchasing lists, bid comparisons and estimated-versus-actual job reports.

Calculate and review free. A confirmed purchase unlocks paid exports and, once cloud storage is configured, online saves. Cloud-saved projects can be retrieved for 365 days from purchase with a private recovery code. After 90 days, cloud updates and paid exports end; the saved project file remains available to retrieve during that retention period. Keep downloaded files afterward.

How it works

  1. Build a quote and save Good, Better and Best alternatives if useful.
  2. Record the chosen quote as a fixed job baseline. This records your figures, not a customer signature.
  3. Create a work order and record changes as draft or manually approved.
  4. Issue progress invoices or generate a final invoice for the amount not already billed.
  5. Compare actual job costs with the budget and prepare a purchasing list or supplier comparison.

Keep working figures private

Customer documents omit internal costs and profit. Purchasing, bid comparisons and closeout reports are clearly labeled for internal business use. Editable project backups contain working figures and should be kept privately.

Honest limits

You supply scope, dates, quantities, prices, tax treatment, approvals and payment records. The tools do not send invoices, verify payments, obtain signatures, determine tax compliance, approve designs or replace accounting or legal advice. Unknown actual costs and unpriced materials remain marked as unknown.
