Example: one renovation project
Add roofing quantities, a concrete slab and paint coverage. Enter actual quoted prices where available. Select the relevant cost from each section and describe what it includes. A concrete bag estimate and a bulk concrete quote are alternative purchasing methods; choose one for the summary.
What does the cost summary include?
Only cost results you deliberately select. Rates, savings, revenue and unrelated quantities are not automatically added. You must check that selected costs refer to the same project scope and currency and do not overlap. The summary is not automatically a complete job price: missing labor, delivery, equipment, tax, overhead or profit must be addressed separately.
Can I edit or move my project?
Yes. Save the editable Project Pack file to keep your inputs and move them between devices. Purchase recovery restores access, not unsaved figures. Calculations and basic individual printing stay free; the pack pays for the combined report workflow.
Does this replace an estimator or a construction drawing takeoff?
No. Each section retains its calculator's limits. You supply dimensions, scope and prices. No plans are measured automatically, and no design, legal contract or professional approval is generated.
