Delivery drivers
Delivery platform statement reconciliation
Reconcile a driver wallet balance without treating a bank payout as the same thing as earned income.
Your inputs
Complete the fields for your selected method. Zero means intentionally zero, not unknown. Currency selection labels amounts; it does not convert exchange rates.
How this calculation works
calculated closing = opening wallet + earnings credits + signed adjustments - explicit statement debits - payouts; difference = reported closing - calculated closing
Use the amount shown to the driver; it may already include tips or platform deductions. Add only amounts not already included. Include pickup, delivery, waiting and allocated unpaid return travel. Results are before income taxes and describe the supplied scenario, not promised platform earnings. Match statement dates and currencies. Credits can already be net of fees, so deduct only separately listed, unincluded debits. Wallet credits, bank transfers and taxable income are different concepts; this tool does not classify taxes or platform pay entitlements.
What information do I need?
Use records for the same job, equipment or accounting period. Only the fields for your selected entry method are required. An unknown amount is not zero.

Use the result well
Find unexplained statement differences.
Keep inputs on the same scope and time basis. Calculations retain precision internally; displayed values generally round to two decimal places, with extra precision for very small values and whole-unit rounding where required. Economic comparisons describe your supplied assumptions and do not guarantee future results.
